Notre-Dame de la Garde

No ratings yet
Cathedral on the hill
Marseille's top attraction, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde is hard to miss, proudly overlooking the city from its tallest hill. The present Neo-Byzantine church was finished in 1864, but the site has been in use for centuries. Not surprisingly, views of the city and sea are incredible.
